Tony Bruce Jr. is the founder and owner of BRU Coffee in Owasso, Oklahoma. Before coffee, Tony built a professional sprint car driver career, racing nationally and earning wins in prestigious events nationwide. After years of life on the road, he returned home with a new mission—creating a space for people to gather, connect, and feel valued.

Tony believes in chasing dreams and reaching a person’s highest potential, this motivates him to be involved in many aspects of the Owasso Community, and he is most proud of being involved in helping raise money for grants for the teachers through the Owasso Education Foundation every year. 

Happiest behind the scenes, Tony brings the same drive and energy from his racing days into building a welcoming, people-first environment. For him, Brú isn’t just about coffee—it’s about making the best possible coffee shop.

When he isn’t being Bru’s Choas Coordinator, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

I’ve been at Brú for over four years now. This is my career, I’ve devoted so much time to building what Brú is today. I’m proud of what we have accomplished as a business and excited for our future. The best part of my day is working in the stand and seeing my favorite regulars and being able to work alongside some of my favorite people. This truly is the best. 🤍

When I’m not bouncing around the stands or making coffee, you can find me at Pure Health Performance in Bartlesville with my Olympic Barbell Club or hanging out in Broken Arrow with my Dad and two daughters.

Hey Bru fans! I've grown with Bru for almost 3 years now and have loved every aspect of our team, regulars, and the work we all do! Outside of crafting tasty drinks for Collinsville, I spend my time with my pets, Sammie and Rico, playing pickleball with friends, and finding fun plant shops.

I'm the Broista at our Collinsville location! I've been with Brú for over two years and have grown and learned so much during my time here I'm lucky enough to have the responsibilities/job of managing the Collinsville stand as well as manufacturing the cold brew and drip for all our locations!

Go-To Drink: Always a Jamaican Daze with a little strawberry to sweeten things up!

I’ve been part of Bru for over two years now, and it’s truly become a second home! I’ve built genuine connections with my team, gotten to know our amazing regulars, and I even met some of my best friends here. When I’m not behind the bar or chatting with customers, you’ll probably find me out adventuring with friends, hanging with my family, or spoiling my dog.

Hi Brú friends! I have been with Brú for a little over a year, but I have been a barista for over 4 years. Coffee and customer service has been a passion of mine since I can even remember. Brú is more than your regular coffee shop it’s a community of some of the most genuine people you will ever meet. If I’m not at the stand I’m am most likely spending time with my two cats, with family/ friends, line dancing, or doing something outside!

Hey Party People :p I’m the Head Manager at Oologah, and I’ve been part of the Brú family for over a year and a half. I love getting to know our customers and seeing all of our Brú regulars come in with their bright, smiling faces. When I’m not at Brú, you can usually find me thrifting, watching movies, or hanging out with my friends. I’m so grateful to be part of such a fun community and can’t wait to keep making memories with everyone!

I’m the Assistant Manager at Oologah and have been with Brú for almost a year. I enjoy getting to know our regulars and seeing the familiar faces. I also spend a good amount of time working on and creating our seasonal menus. Outside of Brú, I’m currently in nursing school. When I’m not studying or working, I love shopping and spending time with my friends!
