In early 2020, Owner Tony Bruce wanted to offer a place where Owasso could get their favorite cup of coffee, see their local barista, and feel a sense of normality amid COVID-19.
WHEN WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY IN 2022 for ANOTHER LOCATION, WE KNEW WE HAD to do it FOR OUR REGULARS WHO DROVE down to brú.
The location on West Main Street gave Collinsville a Brú of their own. First Church Owasso regulars paved the way for us to open a small cafe inside their lobby and since February 2024, we have been fueling Sunday service since! In August 2024, more than a year’s worth of planning paid off when we opened the Cafe on Garnett!
BRÚ EVEN COMES TO YOU NOW!
In 2023, we started catering events for Teacher/Nurse Appreciation Week with a small coffee cart. Now, in 2025, our catering side has grown to a larger coffee cart and a vintage trailer! We are now catering parties, events, and weddings of all sizes—so that way, Brú is where our people want us to be!
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR BRÚ?
We plan on building more locations and bringing a connection with every cup of coffee.
